Evicted on a frigid January night from her apartment in Chicago, desperation forces Allie to turn to Kyle, her neighbor, for a place to live. Reluctant to get involved, Kyle refuses Allie until she offers an extreme option, she'll let him have free-use of her body for his pleasure, if he lets her live with him rent free. With little more than a scribbled piece of paper for a 'lease agreement' and her body technically the property of a nerdy virgin in his early twenties, Allie's only hope is that whatever Kyle does to her body inside his apartment will be more merciful than what the winds of Chicago would do to it on the street.

This free-use, erotic fantasy story is about 20,000 words long.

The storyline is believable, especially today. I feel like her acceptance of her situation was a little bit rushed, but understandable given the length of the book. I really enjoyed it

a good spicy fantasy

The story great. It has sex scenes that is obvious. But the relationship between the characters and their exploration was really interesting. I did not expect to like it so much.

It's actually much better.
There are parts of the female character that are annoying I guess, but it kinda adds to the story and makes it interesting.
She's irritatingly complicated and confused about who she is but that also makes her so much different than what is expected for this type of book. I didn't think the story behind all the sex would be so good, but there you go.
I noticed there are parts 2 and 3 also so that's where I'll be.

This book isn't what you'd expect.
