I was able to enjoy this story through the audio version, which I must say was wonderful. Kudos to both the author and the narrator for bringing this erotic thriller to life. I'm a fan of Starta's work and I definitely was not disappointed when listening to this work. I also picked up the digital copy and read the story, to gain a different perspective of the story. I was impressed by both versions of the story, and I am honored to be a part of this story. The premise is quite interesting, falling in love is illegal. Marva is a strong powerful character, going against all that she holds dear for love. It's about survival and love, along with steamy scenes that add to the story, and do not detract from it.

This story took me by surprise. The world and elements in the story are different than my normal which was very new and different. It was a welcome change to have a different type story. This is my first with the author and narrator which is both well written and narrated. I am sure if won't be my last. You should give this one a try and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

I have to honestly say this was the most informative book I’ve ever listen to or read. The author and the narrator have done it excellent job. This is one book you have got to read, unbelievable.

This is my first book by Gary Starta. This is parts erotica, science fiction, and mystery/suspense. In some respects I really enjoyed the story and various components. However, I struggled with the sheer number of characters referenced, scientific terminology, changing perspectives with no indication, and numerous "flash back" sequences - all of which I found overwhelming in such a short story.

I think the narration by Michelle Jones also served to confuse things. While she has a pleasant speaking voice and used a variety of voices and tones - she wasn't always consistent with what voice she used for various characters. I ended to up reading along with the ebook to help clarify who was talking and when.
