This is my first time reading a book of this nature. The way the author pen flows is nothing ,but phenomenal. Hottie made me want to experience time with him.

While I don't practice BDSM, back when it was S & M, I had wanted to be a dominatrix during my man hating years. Sex was not part of that fantasy. I have been reading romance novels that have increasingly included BDSM. I appreciate the character perspectives that help me understand the types that are subs and doms. But nothing I have read or heard so far reconciles the lifestyle completely. Where there is vulnerability, it looks exactly like shame or humiliation. And trust looks more like excitement and apprehension due to the fear and danger. Call a spade a spade. I find sexual preferences that knowingly cause marks, bruising, swelling, injury, soreness, loss of mobility or function should be enjoyed like champagne, on special occasions. What I find deeply disturbing is the popularity of activities that cause injury always to the female. Men generally don't ever need to heal or recover from having sex. Pushing limits is one thing but no dick is worth painful body parts for days after. No abuse is worth the compensatory aftercare if any. I just don't find these characters believable.

When Phoebe's old caddy breaks down she is fortunate enough to cross paths with Dane a retired navy seal/mechanic with a dominant streak.
Eventually this instalove turns into a spanking good time 😜
This book does have what I consider light BDSM with a lil drama.
The authors provided just enough character depth in this short story for the listener to feel connected and stay interested.
It's nice when a steamy story like this can be more than just sex scenes.
The narration was excellent!!
Ruby Rivers sweet soothing voice makes every sexy moan and sigh so believable it feels like your eavesdropping on something naughty.
Coupled with La Petite Mort's deep seductive voice made this good hearted Dom very desirable.
This dynamic duo will leave you salivating for more.
I requested this book in exchange for my honest review.
I say, if your short on time you should get this book and immerse yourself in this Hottie mechanic fantasy 😌
