The first book I loved. The second book was a little hard for me because of my profession. This book made me feel. Not many books do that. What I like about this series is that it's real . Thanks

Recently started reading Carina Coles books. Her writing allows one to be lost in the characters. One can relate to each in some way. I find myself laughing out loud and then crying . She is able to stir many emotions . Occasionally the performance of one of the narrators can be annoying....has a whiny voice. I often find it difficult to listen to all books in a series at once but not the case with Carina's. That to me speaks volumes!

I cried through much of this book! Lucas has the most loving heart pure soul and you just want to love him! if you aren't into emotional and heart wrenching this book is not for you! I loved it!

I'm so glad that I finally read this book! I have owned this ebook for ages while it was free on Amazon (now on Audible Plus too!). This was definitely a rollercoaster type of book in terms of my rating. Lukas started out as a 3-star read, then bumped up to 4 because it was getting good, and eventually dropped back down real quick because of the third act. It has the third act that I absolutely despise (OW drama and the famous "I knew that I couldn't trust you!" trope). Also, how can Ivy do that to our sweet boy Lukas... He deserves better and a better grovelling! However, this was published back in 2015 so I guess this was pretty much the standard plot back in the days but still upset about it.

This was a reverse age gap with a single mom trope! Loved the audiobook and the narrator did an amazing job

I cannot count the amount of times I have listened to this book. Ms. Cole is able to make you truly understand all of the characters and show such tender moments between the two protagonists. The actors have perfect voices and create a perfect story.

Happily Ever After achieved.
