Menage is #01 of 07 in The Key Club Series by Jan Springer. HEA with no cliffhanger! These are loosely connected by characters and by their interactions with The Key Club. These can be taken as standalones however there would be spoilers for the earlier ones if you start in the middle. Warning: SEX! Lots of references to sex, both in thoughts and actions. This story focuses on a M/F/M couple, so those opposed to that kind of coupling should avoid. ♥ Story ♥ Claire Miller + Josh Anderson + Levi Jones This is a short, at only 47 minutes, so if you go into it knowing that, then you will really enjoy this. It’s a bit insta love/lust but it’s HOT! All these books feature The Key Club, which is an adult club for all genders that frequently features Menage events. These events are run by the owner, Jaxie, who not only has her own book, #6, but also is a bit of a matchmaker. Jaxie has a trick hat that allows her to insure that the right pair of men get the woman they desire most. This of course leads to many permanent relationships! Claire is an erotic romance author that needs to decompress after some tight deadlines. It’s Ménage Night at The Key Club and she is hoping to be the lucky winner of the 3 heart key. Good thing the matchmaker is on the case. Josh and Levi are hunky construction workers with their sights set on a pretty brunette in the crowd. They want her bad, and not just for the night. Lucky for them Levi knows Jackie’s secret. ♥ Author ♥ Jan Springer doesn't disappointed! She always writes great characters even though this is really short. ♥ Narrator(s) ♥ Teri Clark Linden delivers a HOT performance! She narrates this whole series. I listened to this through Audible Escape.

What made the experience of listening to Menage the most enjoyable?

Good book. Storyline and narration were good. It starts hot and ends hot! One of the better short erotic stories I have listened to. I would definitely listen to more books my Springer.

While there are some good parts within the piece, the storyline is written without passion or buildup within the character dynamics. The act of the ménage has more of a “well, we’re doing this” vibe than an exciting experience to be shared by all.

The performance is what helps make the audiobook. Teri Clark Linden brings life to an otherwise mechanical act. Teri makes this mildly steamy erotica worth the listen.
