I have read this book over and over again and to hear it in audio makes the tale seem like new again. The story is so unbelievable good and so original. I love all Victoria's books across all the genres, but this is the book that started it all. I cannot believe this has been made in to an audio book now! I have just finished it now and it is amazing!!! I will listen to this over and over again.

Victoria Danann is a very talented author. Her characters & dialog are well developed. The continuation of the series gives you something to look forward to as new story lines evolve.

This book encompasses many elements I love in a good story. The story is clever and engaging. It is a love story wrapped in an adventure! I can hardly wait to dive into the next book in the series.

So the narrator enunciates clearly, is well spoken and differentiates between characters, however his voice is a bit flat, kind of monotone.

The characters are interesting and even somewhat fun, the story is interesting and overall the book is well written, however, the lack of action makes the whole thing pretty boring most of the time.
