I have read a thousand of this kind of book and liked most of them. This one is good in a way that transcends the formula of this genre, which is one I love but it’s cool when it surprises you a little

I love the message in this intergalactic romance - how it not only touches on the differences of culture and class but in how it brings those differences together to create a oneness and unity that really can’t be achieved without honoring and respecting each others value and experience.
I also really love the partnership used in the narration - it was artfully executed
Looking forward to the next book in the series
