I love Lori Foster but this book fell flat. Sorry Lori. it was predictable and the story was flat.

I almost didn't finish but I kept with it. Grace got on my nerves. I got tired of hearing her talk down about her plus size body. No confidence, low self esteem and wimpy. She let every one push her around. I'm on the fence about Noah. I liked how when he did notice her the weight, her hair or her frumpy clothes didn't matter. But he was also kind of a bully.

The story was just ok. I'll forget about it by tomorrow. Mr. Frangione was excellent as usual. He's one of my favorite narrators. If the story is bad at least hearing his voice is enjoyable.

Entertaining story with flawed characters you can't help liking in spite of themselves. The banter is fast paced and humorous.
Noah and Grace score hot on the sexual chemistry scale. The supporting characters include a
manipulative Grandmother, a loyal and sarcastic brother and an ex fiance who wants to avoid responsibility for her actions.
This is a lighthearted romance overall, with heavy emphasis on a sexual relationship that leads to love.

Erotic love story featuring a plus size woman who doesn’t feel very attractive and a very strong willed male. There’s a bit of a controlling aspect to the relationship but it’s still a good story.

You can tell that this was written over 15 years ago (some word and clothing choices), but it's still one of my favorites! It's always nice having a shy girl gain confidence, and there were parts that I literally laughed out loud. I have read and reread this book several times, and I will continue to do so.
