C. K. Quarterman is a retired entrepreneur, author, and lifelong student of history, technology, and human nature. After spending decades building and operating companies in the computer and telecommunications industries, he turned his attention to researching and writing about the mysteries that have fascinated him throughout his life. A devoted reader and independent researcher, Quarterman explores subjects ranging from ancient civilizations and unexplained phenomena to government secrecy and emerging technologies. Now retired, he enjoys writing, spending time with his wife Beth, a retired banking executive, and helping raise his granddaughter. He is also the proud father of two children, a son and a daughter.
