I am a philosopher specializing in ethics, popular culture, and the philosophy of sport. I co-edited Harry Potter and Philosophy: If Aristotle Ran Hogwarts (2004) and Defining Sport: Concepts and Borderlines (2016). I blog at the SportsEthicist. I also edit the book series _Studies in the Philosophy of Sport_ from Lexington Books. I am an associate teaching professor of philosophy at Arizona State University.
