A Journey Through Grief, Loss, Hope and Recovery will benefit those working through sorrow and those comforting others. Choosing to thrive in the midst of trauma, loss, and illnesses that change lives forever for both young and old alike is the underlying message in this audiobook. It is never easy, but there is hope to thrive and not just survive the journey to recovery. In some way, pain, loss, and tragedy unmistakably touch all of our lives.

See how, with tools and resources provided by this audiobook, God can guide us through grief to hope and recovery, restoring joy to our hearts and souls.

I loved this book! As a women’s ministry director, I listened carefully in order to determine whether this might be a good resource for women in our church who have been in a season of grief, loss, or suffering. I found it to be theologically sound, simple and straightforward, insightful, and encouraging. I liked the reflection questions at the end of each chapter. This will be a great resource to bring women together in discussion and prayer over this heavy topic and will undoubtedly leave them strengthened and renewed.

I wanted this book to be ALOT more helpful than it was. It spends too long explaining basic concepts like trauma. I just didn't find enough substance here and I wish I could get my money back. It was too discriptive about too many concepts, and not enough on how to deal with pain. And the book is just way too short for the price it charges.

According to their stated policy Audible is supposed to give me my money back - but for some reaspon the policy apparently isn't effective despite it stating otherwise. I haven't even had the book 24 hours but still can't return it.

Not worth the money I paid
