I really enjoyed this audiobook. This is one that I will listen to again and again.
The narrator's voice was very calm and the book gave great insight into the importance of creating a morning routine that will be easy for you to stick with. Just taking small steps can really help you build healthy habits.
The second half of the book gave morning meditations that I found useful also.

I am beginning to appreciate my mornings as a grow older and this book was a reminder that I am already on the right path. Ever sinceI started to pay more attention to my mornings a couple of years ago, people have noticed a calmer temperament. The Mindful chapter in this book highlights the importance of being still and focused. The narration of this book was superbly done. I was given a copy of this at my request and I am freely giving a review.

Great book. This is the first of its type I’ve paid attention to. Although the narrator spoke rather slow, I see why she would do so for this topic, so I guess it works.

The author goes from the general reasons for having a set morning routine to the specific of body and mind benefits of having a routine in place. Great listen overall! The calming narrator voice was also great.
