As the show's cast runs amok on the island and the investigation into Judson's disappearance heats up, Kate and her pal Maxi, along with town dog Oliver, will brave the rambunctious world of reality TV and a wedding weekend gone awry, in an all-out effort to find the missing groom.

The basic story is pretty good, But the over use of minuscule details were tiring.
I listened to call 3 books because the plot was good and I was guessing who dunit until the ending.
I do recommend this series with a warning to space them out.

Very good. Much more intrigue and a more unique storyline than your average cozy mystery. The story keeps you guessing. There's tension and some peril, but it's not graphically violent, which is perfect for me.

I love the setting and the side characters. The author does a great job of making you feel like you're there.

The narration is excellent. You'd swear you were listening to more than one actor. She annunciates well and is great with accents, ages, genders, etc.

Looking forward to the next in the series. 🙂

This was the 3rd Eve Calder book I have listed to, the whole cookie house series and I enjoyed it very much. I would be happy if this series goes on for years. Like what I am learning about Florida life.
