When you get angry you do more damage to yourself than other people, you want to make sure that you eliminate that anger if you can, this book can help, I find being angry will cause issues, Don’t let your anger drag you down.

I've trained myself to be patient and calm under pressure. Anger is a normal human emotion, but I can choose how I react to it. I take a moment to collect my thoughts and then decide on a response that will be helpful and courteous rather than rash. I make an effort to see things from other people's points of view and am effective at expressing what I want and how I feel. I let go of any resentment or hostility I may have and instead welcome a state of calm and serenity within myself. When I feel an emotion, I can choose to respond to it with love, kindness, and compassion, or I can let it pass.
