Alone in the Light of Candles offers many beautiful short poems that are thought-provoking, soul searching, beautiful, and heartwarming. The poems may be short, but they definitely brought out feelings in me that I thought I had long since buried. The beautiful artistry in the written word is phenomenal. Brian Callanan voice and narration are soulful, soothing, and smooth he did a phenomenal job with every poem. I highly recommend this book. If you love poetry, you will not be disappointed.
