This book has a very powerful story of heartache, Love, Strength and Survival. I really enjoyed this book. Rachel did a fantastic job in narrating this story, because the men sounded like men and the girls sound like girls. I was very disappointed to find that book 2 is not available on audible, so until it does become available, I will not hear how this story continues.

I really wish if one book is available through audible the entire series MUST be made available, as well!

Enjoyed this book for the most part. If you like your romantic portion to be a little more detailed, you will not get that with this book. The plot was good, the story moved along at a good pace, and the narrators voice was very pleasant. One thing I didn't care for is when they would switch to the other characters pov, and repeat the exact same thing as we just heard from the other character. And I mean verbatim. Not an expansion, but the exact same thing. Otherwise good read.
