I would describe this book as a guide for abolitionist praxis rooted in commitments to non-violence, universal human dignity, and mutual care and support. It is full of practical wisdom for living a life of greater integrity and efficacy in relationships and in work for social change. Patrisse does an incredible job making the work of abolition accessible and realistic. This is not pie-in-the-sky idealism. This is insightful advice for building a better life together and I am inspired to put this framework to use in my own life, and share it with others.

So good!
