In the latest book from MatchQuarters, Anchor Points creates a starting place to hybridize a defense for the modern coach. Starting with a brief history lesson, Cody Alexander takes the reader through the development of the modern offense, giving insight as to why defenses must be multiple yet simple in their design. Using best practices from the top minds in football, Anchor Points gives any coach a foundational knowledge of the basic schemes seen in the modern game. From the Over Front to exotic 3rd Down packages, Coach A. takes you through each one explaining their HOW and WHY. Never has there been a time in football where defenses have been challenged than they are right now. The book covers everything from how to hybridize your fronts to creating a 3rd Down blitz package regardless of front base structure. Learn how to develop multiple “defensive formations” while keeping the pedagogy simple and concise. As with all MatchQuarters content, each topic covered carries an explanation on how to implement the scheme and what to expect from the offense. Have a plan and execute! Come learn the art of X. The information in the book is really good. My critique is the virtual reader reads pretty well however since this is a football book it doesn't translate some of the language well. For instance the word might be "LBs" for linebacker's but instead it's read as "pound". The acronyms used in football books don't always translate from what I'm assuming is Ai. However it's good enough but if you're paying for an audiobook I don't know that is the quality you're expecting. But it's not enough to stop me from listening so that's the main thing.

Glad there is audio option but the virtual reader has some issues with a few words

I have other books in physical form from Cody Alexander, and they are good books, but this AI reader makes this basically unlistenable.
