It’s entitled, out of touch, and reads like an influencer who clipped catch phrases, but can’t back it up with experience or a proper explanation.
As someone who was actually seeking help, it felt insulting and offensive.
If you’re really struggling, read a Devon Price book, or something on mindfulness… but do not waste your time here…
Note: I am a 41 y/o woman, diagnosed adhd/sensory processing disorder/auditory processing disorder in the early 90s….
