Kim Jaesu, Leader of the Syndicate, one of the Big Five in the Korean Underworld, is stuck in an unwanted feud with the Amerize Company.

Following the death of a worker at one of the Syndicate run cafes, a revelation arises concerning the Microchip, technology which promises unlimited money for the price of death. Cafe owner, Taesun, comes forward with his treachery against the Syndicate, adding to the startling reveal. Looming in the backdrop, is the new zombie drug, New York, sneakily making its way into the Syndicate, with a nefarious agenda beyond drug addiction.
