Born in Finsbury Park, London in 1957, Earle served in the United States Army from 1978 to 1985, with assignments at Fort Leavenworth, Yongsan in South Korea, and Fort Gordon. That foundation of discipline and service shaped everything that followed. He went on to build a career as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard, then channeled his technical gifts into creating Har-Bal, a groundbreaking audio analysis software that reached commercial success in 116 countries. That achievement alone would define most careers. For Earle, it was just the beginning. Today he holds the title of Principal Automation Architect at Southern Company, where he has designed 64 specialized automation programs and provides round-the-clock technical support for Gas Operations. He is also preparing for retirement in approximately three years, with plans to return as a consultant, a testament to the irreplaceable value of his work. In parallel, Earle owns and operates HDQTRZ Mastering Studios, a world-class hybrid analog and digital mastering studio serving clients globally.
