For decades Leftist politicians have utilized lawfair and litigation and social media suppression and governmental agencies to suppress conservatives and conservative thought. Now local so-called Republicans are using those same tactics to try to suppress opposition in the form of legal threats and intimidation, all in the name of maintaining the status quo of the good old boys. White Pine County doesn’t need politicians who serve their own interests or those of only their backers. Sixty years ago, White Pine County had a vibrant, thriving business community. This Commission and their backers have done their best to make sure that they and their backers are the only ones who can thrive. We need candidates willing to do what it takes to bring sustainable growth to White Pine County so our county can become a 21st-century version of what White Pine County was at its peak. Only then can we make White Pine County Great Again.
