Year after year the small town of Berekely has been known it's gruesome murders. The answers to these murders date back to the 18th century. A fellow citizen by the name of Laura Mills would soon help her town solve these murders. After half a decade of returning from the military, Laura is following her old journalism dream when she starts looking for that thrill again. Laura takes it's upon herself to bring this killer to justice. Clue after clue, Laura meets an old friend and new adversaries. On the down the road, Laura loses a close friend before completing the mission. Once the killer is caught, Laura returns to the military but will revisit Berkeley once more. Many years later a new killer emerged from the shadows. Laura returned to Berkeley with an idea to lead new youth to solve the murders when they are of age. Convincing the six teens and with their own motive for justice, Laura acts as their secret guardian angel throughout the missions. With every second the killer is on the rise, fears escalate. Nearing the completion of the mission, a close alley is murdered by the killer clown. Bringing justice and peace for their town, the young teens and Laura capture the mass killer. After they graduate Laura offers them a chance to become apart of a new covert black-ops team. But she allows them to choose their own path.
