The day has moved forward, and with it comes noise—thoughts, responsibilities, and pressures that try to pull my attention in every direction. But I do not stay scattered. I return to You. I bring my thoughts back into Your presence. I do not allow my mind to run ahead or drift into anxiety—I choose to fix my focus on You. You steady me. Where my thoughts feel unsettled, You bring calm. Where my mind feels crowded, You bring clarity. Where distraction pulls at me, You draw me back into stillness. So I become still. I do not rush through this moment. I do not carry unnecessary pressure. I pause, breathe, and allow Your peace to settle deeply within me. You guard my mind. Your peace stands over my thoughts. It protects my heart, stabilises my emotions, and keeps me anchored in You. Jesus, centre me. Let my focus be clear. Let my thoughts be steady. Let my heart remain at peace as I continue through this day. I remain in Your peace. Jesús, mantengo mi mente en Ti y recibo Tu paz perfecta hoy.
