I release the weight. The pressure to keep going, the effort to hold everything together, and the quiet strain that has followed me through this day—I place it into Your hands. You invite me to rest. Not to strive harder, not to push further, but to come to You. To step out of effort and into Your peace. To release what was never mine to carry alone. So I surrender. I let go of the need to control outcomes. I let go of the tension within my thoughts. I let go of the expectation that I must carry everything myself. You receive me. You do not turn me away in weakness—you draw me closer. You give rest that is real, deep, and steady. And I hold this truth—You love me. Because You love me, You came for me. Because You love me, I am not left to carry life alone. Because You love me, I can rest in You without fear. Jesus, quiet my striving. Let peace take the place of pressure. Let rest settle deeply within me. Let my heart be still in Your presence. I rest in You. Jesús, dejo mis cargas en Ti y recibo Tu descanso hoy.
