having to keep repeating your commands to your group. you either believe their incompetent or you have no confidence in your plan.
as a weighter stop describing things you have already described. If you have no confidence in your weighting don't wright. your read have a much better imagination than your describing every little detail.
your writing made your main character into a stupid idiot.
