Being loose and natural will give you a spontaneous awareness, rather than making an effort to reach a certain goal. No effort is going to succeed because the cause of all misery is the doer, the ego, our idea of self. Osho only teaches awareness. Suppression is not the way to buddhahood. Simply relax and be whatsoever you are - and awareness will come by itself.

This Osho talk was one of his most profound speeches of them all. This is a question answer session and only the first ten minutes is about being loose and natural. My favorite part was when he started talking about love. He said love doesn't need an object and that when the ego is involved in love it poisons everything it touches. He compared it to the Midas touch and how everything he touched turned into gold but this ultimately left him tortured beyond reason. A possessive dominating love is not love at all. Being love itself rather than just being loving, loving everyone and not just your family or friends. That one can become love itself and lose the ego completely is such a profound statement. This speech contained far more than just love. It also mentions the relationship between a guru and master and even talks about dreams while sleeping near the end. What makes this speech so profound in my opinion was when he spoke about love and that part of the talk was a good 30 minutes or more. I left out a great deal so that users can check this talk out to gain some understanding of love. Highly recommend!!!

Love is described in absolutely profound detail. Osho did an excellent job this time.
