A lot of basic concepts that could be summed up in a blog post instead of a book. Elaborating on these concepts were not necessarily helpful, and felt drawn out if anything.

It would be better off reading how to win friends and influence people, which will affect your conversations entirely if adopted.

Eh, not much new to learn here.

It was mostly advice for people who have zero social skills. the advice was things like listen when people are talking and don't be judgemental. probably great for people who are extremely bad at social interactions but not for people who are good but want to be better

good for novice speakers
