Even as a coffee lover, I had no idea about coffee's 'half-life' in the body - that you can drink three or four hours before bed and it will still impact you. This wasn't the only great tip. The book and audiobook are packed with them. I enjoyed so many things, such as the tips for tucking in kids and looking at family wind-downs and bedtimes. Please listen to this ... even if you don't have sleeping problems ... it's worth way more than "the cost of admission." Ha!!
