Bo Creel is back at his family's Star C Ranch in Bear Creek, Texas. Along with his buddy Scratch, he's finding out that home is where the hell-raising is.

Good acting voices and well blended action, plot had good content. Characters Bo and Scratch are great partners

Story line

This is another good and maybe the last adventure in the life of Bo and Scratch. In this book Bo and Scratch and family takes a herd of cattle on a cattle drive to try and save the ranch. There in a war with the neighbors ranch. This is an action packed book. I liked this book but I liked it better in the other books before they came home. When there out traveling the west is good. This is a movie in your mind style of book with several narrators.

I was only introduced to Bo and Scratch last year, and have to say that I’ve grown quite fond of those two old Pelicans. But all good things come to an end and if this is indeed the last ride for those two, then I’m glad it ended on a happy note with the possibility of just a few more adventures along the way, and a taste of married life. Happy Trails gents! Wish it could’ve lasted longer, but it was a good run!
