I really loved this book...there was alot of ... "wow..did that just happened or Wtf who just died???" I am a huge fan of this series and the Devils Dust...but with the Kane character and how he was made out to be an asshole...I felt like I was reading two different people...and that lost me a bit in the beginning. I am not sure if that was what the author intended. I would have liked to see how devils dust handled the Kane situation ... maybe some of the devils dust making an appearance would have helped. Ill leave it at that. I love Mac and I'm so happy how the character progressed. All in all...great job!! I recommend.

I think that Mac’s love developed a bit fast without a lot of reason but the story itself was a good addition to the series.

This was an amazing book. The female narrator is hard to get pass at times, but it was still an amazing book. The last two books were my favorites.
