One night. One rodeo. One little problem.

Jesse Cooper wasn’t looking for more than a cold beer and a distraction at the Pine Ridge Rodeo. What he found was a broad-shouldered stranger with city-slicker charm, a smile that could melt steel, and a way of kissing that made Jesse forget his own name. They didn’t swap last names. Or numbers. Or rules.

Until two pink lines changed everything.

Cole Maddox came back to Wyoming to sell off the crumbling ranch he never wanted. He didn’t plan on running into the cowboy from his best one-night stand—or discovering said cowboy is carrying his baby. Now they’re stuck working side-by-side, sharing a too-small cabin, and dodging the town’s “When’s the wedding?” questions.

In Pine Ridge, mpreg isn’t scandal—it’s Tuesday. But falling for each other? That’s a whole other rodeo. Between small-town gossip, nesting instincts, and a slow burn that’s turning into a four-alarm blaze, Jesse and Cole will have to figure out if they’re just co-parents… or something worth holding onto.

Full of laugh-out-loud banter, tender heat, and a baby who’s already the talk of Main Street, Boots, Babies and Bad Decisions is a spicy, heartfelt mpreg rom-com proving love—like ranch life—is messy, loud, and worth every damn second.

If you notice things like the writer and characters forgetting who owns a large ranch which is central to the plot, or apparent editing mistakes which refer to the characters with oddly gendered words after asserting that the story is about two men (which is a prospering niche market), calling characters an Alpha and an Omega after the description specifies that the story is not about that type of dynamic, and if you don’t mind listening to a novel which sounds like an exercise in anger management, go for it. It has a bit of plot, some very creepy mentions of social media and small towns, and more than one barn.

Virtual voice is still unpleasant, but this iteration has deeper tones.
