it's a good story and knowing what the author went through in real life. if this second part of the story is even halfway true, "girl been through some bullshit". it show Jessica Jung artistic talents en many aspects. can't wait to see more from here. P.S. if she sees this, here sister Krystal should write from Lia's perspective

I really enjoying the 2 books that Jessica Jung. After, reading about her life as a girl group for 7 years and 10 years by herself. I am really Jessica's fans now. In the future I will keep supporting and liver her as a fan.

The narrator does a stellar job bringing to life this reality show of a book. Honestly, besides the cringy and cheesy romance Jessica has accustomed the reader to, this doesn’t feel like a book at all. I mean, there is no plot line whatsoever. It feels like Jessica decided to share her life and view of things by creating a character that is basically her so she doesn’t have the trouble of writing a memorial. It is a good book, don’t get me wrong, but you are literally reading real life instead of a YA novel. Rachel is the only character whose arc is explained; the other girls are mainly side characters. I think much more could have been done.

Okay I am one of those people who read this series because I am a Kpop fan and it’s not typically my genre of choice, I actually never go towards YA books because I feel they’re corny more times than not. Shine was more enjoyable and I don’t remember disliking it as much as disliked Bright. The time jump in this book, was it really necessary? I feel like we missed so much and so much was happening at once. The way Rachel let her group treat her was so frustrating. She literally never stood up for herself and made every excuse as to why to constantly let things go. The way she treated her love interest annoyed me so much too, like damn I refuse to believe any successful hot man has that much patience and loyalty to someone who blatantly ignores them and curves every serious conversation about love lol. I’m just glad I finished it cause that means it’s over. As for this being a true story or parts of Jessica’s true story, I have no idea but damn if her group really treated her like that then that’s terrible.

I couldn’t wait to just finish this and get it over with
