According to my grandma, a broken clock being right twice a day meant that in any given situation, perfect timing only happens twice.

I fell for William Grayson in a matter of minutes. The connection between us was undeniable, but our timing was off. I was dating someone, and by the time I was single again, he was taken. And a year later, when we finally got together, it was clear that we were soul mates. But circumstances out of our control cut our time short.

We were a little older, a little wiser, when our paths crossed again. I was entering a new phase of independence in both my career and my life. He was growing professionally and moving to a new city. And even though our timing was off, it was still clear that we were soul mates. But for the second time, circumstances out of our control cut our time short. My grandma was a wise woman, but my love life taught me that there’s no such thing as perfect timing.

There’s just timing.... Because nothing is perfect. There’s just right now.... Because tomorrow isn’t promised. For as long as we’d known each other, William and I just wanted to be together. It was as simple and as complicated as that.

I like that the author wrote a book about relationships that some authors don’t usually write about. This book was good, emotional, it is definitely a realistic read. Not many authors write about these type of life changes in relationships. The book was good, BUT not the type of book that I’d want to read. This is my first time writing a book of this type and if I were to be honest-One experience is enough. I wouldn’t want to read a book of this nature again. For those that like interesting reads of this magnitude, it is a good book. I wouldn’t discourage others to not read it. It is a touching book and has a string of emotions involved. I’m just speaking for myself. The book has the “Life happens” effect and for that reason—It was ok, because of the truth in it. The ending was just too depressing for my liking.

I loved the story because it would actually happen . It shared the joy and pain many people experience daily

This story was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time reading this author, can’t wait to read more by Danielle Allen. Let me not forget the icing on the cake; narrator Wesleigh Siobhan did her thing as usual!!!

Broken Clocks written by Danielle Allen is an excellent book‼️Thank you for devoting significant time to character development. However, I’m still baffled by Janelle & Mike’s relationship. Though frustrating at times, I can appreciate now the significance in the artistry of time management. Thereafter, Ms. Allen’s selection of Wesleigh Siobhan to narrate this book is beyond genius. Wesleigh Siobhan could narrate a fast food menu and I pay top dollar to listen. She is the G.O.A.T. of her craft 🤎🤎🤎🗣‼️. ..Finally, yes I enjoyed “Broken Clocks” and would highly recommend reading it. Nonetheless, I’m having a Florida Evans moment ….“DAMN DAMN DAMN”‼️
