I’ve played every game the Devil’s trio wanted. I’m willing to give them everything, but I want in.

On their revenge.

On my revenge.

I’m done being other people’s pawn.

Too bad I’m not the only one keeping secrets.

But halfway through, the rules change.

We’re not playing for fun anymore, we’re playing for keeps.

I just have to trust my guys aren’t running their own game.

The only ones who can break me now are my own devils.

This is the continuation of the Lust & Liars Series Book 2. Begins where Whisper Pretty Lies left off. Book 3 Dark Tangled Truths comes out in 2026.

This series is progressing slowly. A little too slow for me but it has a really great storyline. I love the characters and what each bring to the story. The way they all love differently but still so passionately, especially for high school students lol. Narrators are awesome.

C.S. Berry is forcing me to stay up WAY past my bedtime because I need to see that happens next after this massive cliffhanger ending
We got to see the relationship bloom between Annie and the guys. We see her growing as a person and speaking up about what she wants. How they ALL are going and becoming their own little family. TONS of heat! Had to turn my radio down when driving as those parents are extremely prevalent in this book.
The narrators, Angelina Rocca, Aiden Snow, Tim Paige & Michael Gallagher did amazing as always. They all suit/fit, their characters really well.
All I. All another great installments I can’t wait to see what happens next!

A stressful 4.5 star read

I am a HUGE CS Berry fan!! I fell in love with this series from the beginning 🤍 I devoured Book 1 & 2, and I am dying of anticipation for book 3!!

When I learned that the books were going to be published in audio, I was excited beyond words! The narrators to a phenomenal job bringing the characters to life! I love that the characters each have a narrator that portrays them in each chapter, it makes it so much easier to follow along and enjoy 🤩

I love anything from C.S. Berry. But I love even more listening to an audiobook with different performers for each of the MCs. The performers do an amazing job bringing this story to life.
Brutal Little Secrets really blew me away. C.S. Berry does it again — sharp writing, deeper emotion and that perfect balance of darkness and tenderness, the trademark of the Lust & Liars series. The Devil’s Trio drew me in from its first page; it was the chemistry, the tension, the secrets and the suspense that had me turning pages long past midnight. This book further delves into the motives and pain of each character, revealing just how far people will go for anything from revenge, to loyalty, to love. I love how Berry builds emotional complexity without sacrificing the thrill — every twist hits hard and the pacing never lets up. And that cliffhanger? Absolutely brutal — in the best way. I’m counting down to the next book already. If you loved Whisper Pretty Lies, this sequel raises the stakes and breaks your heart all over again. Highly recommend for fans of dark romance who crave intensity, flawed characters, and a story that lingers long after the last page.
