Spring is in the Chancey air—almost.
Spring means planning. Planning for gardens, weddings, babies, and spring break. But first comes the North Georgia Book Festival with a surprise author, who is celebrated by everyone.

Carolina is busy with the book festival, but she can’t help noticing how so many of the lives around her are veering off course.
