great character development as well as fantasy and love story mixed. battles and sex. relationship development.... had a little of everything

I liked this story of the series. They are stand a lone stories but best read in order to get character's stories in the right order etc.

This popped up in the algorithms for me and seemed interesting enough. It started off well with FMC who was smart, funny, capable and we’re introduced to the MMC early on.

There was instalove considering how much changed in a day, and kept changing. All the back and forth didn’t keep the story alive for me, perhaps because both the male and female narrators were pretty flat.

The female narrator was good with different voices but lacked emotion. Similar for the male. I fell asleep and struggled to finish, not bothering to rewind. They just killed my enthusiasm
