I could not stop reading the book. I felt like I was actually one of the characters when reading this book. Although, I wish that Evan would’ve proposed at the end.

Good story. Kept you guessing who was guilty. Just when you think you have it figured out, something else happens. The only thing I didn't care for was the sex scenes. Would have been a great story except for that.

I love how the dog was part of the rescue. Mocha was portrayed as as the perfect dog, friendly lab who protects his handler.

I really liked her books and looked so forward to this. This book is all romance. her others had a romantic edge to them but mostly about people and her dog. was super disappointed. Seems like this one was written to somehow fit into a box.
