I am not a new parent. In fact, I have a lot of children. But I didn't have this book when I was raising my first child. That would have been helpful. Full of great information and humor, I recommend for anyone, regardless of whether they are on child 1 or 10 (like me).

Humorous and very helpful guide!

I loved listening to this audiobook. Although I already have three LO’s, this audiobook provided new information for me that I never had to consider. For example the information on formulas since I only breastfed and didn’t have much info. In that area. I wish I had gotten hold of this before I had kiddos. I liked that I was able to follow along with stuff I already knew and yet learn some new things as well.

So helpful!

This book is similar to having a friend who is an experienced parent helping you navigate the hectic first few years of having your first child. The guidance is straightforward, practical, and accurate. This book divides things into manageable portions. It's about helping you find your own parenting style that works for you and your child, not just about providing you a list of things to do. Everybody has knowledge gaps, particularly those who have never provided child care. This audiobook is reassuring and packed with helpful advice.
