This is a great follow up story for everyone who has read the fate of the jedi series of books. I'm hoping this story line continues. So much is still a mystery.

After the fate of the Jedi series I was left with big void wanting more. This book was a great way to quench that need. Couldn’t ask for much more. However it was so good I’m still wanting more. Can’t wrap my head around why Disney wrote the sequel movies they way they did, when they had all this lore to write what would have been amazing movies.

I really enjoyed the story, even if some of it did seem a bit rushed. However, whos ever idea it was to add an ear piercing, high-pitched screech for 17 minutes of the last chapter is an idiot. It makes the final chapter practically unbearable. I had to pause multiple times and after it stopped I could still hear the damn thing.

What did you love best about Crucible: Star Wars?

I loved that it was an epic capstone to the adventures of Luke, Leia and Han. That it felt like the torch was truly passed on to the next generation of characters.

What does Marc Thompson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He brings an excellent range of voices to help flesh out well loved characters.
