Dark Alpha’s Demand is the 3rd in the Reaper series which is a spin-off of the Dark King series. The Reapers are new cast of characters that enrich the Dark King series and the greater Dark World.

Talin is Reaper undercover in the Light Court where he falls head over heels for Neve. Even though Death says Reapers can find love with halflings… Neve is Fae and thus can never know about him. He does all that he can to protect her from both Death and Bran

As with all Donna Grant books in the Dark World series once you get in… it is hard to get out.

I highly recommend these books by Donna Grant! The Dark Warriors, Dark Kings, and Reapers are all great series.

The books are stand alone but I’m not sure how you’d keep up with the characters if you don’t read them in order. This is a good one but honestly, the series should in an anthology or cheaper per book
