I loved this book and all of the characters and dogs. Another great book by Boyd Craven III. I would recommend this book and the complete series. I listened to this book on audiobook with Kevin Pierce as narrator and he was great.

Great ending to another great story. Wondering if there will be anothrt book. Very happy with thr story a lot of twist and turns. The ending will definitely be a surprise. This series will be hard to beat. Looking forward to a new story, not sure anything else will compare.

I’m sad it’s over, but Mr. Craven did an amazing job pulling all the pieces of the puzzle together. I had a few things figured out, nothing like the full picture though. I really liked the way Wes and company were able to unravel them. I truly enjoyed this series with all the twists and deception, which caused despair and desperation, therefore causing other actions to be or not to be taken. Excellent writing and I urge all who are into the post-apocalyptic genre to read it. Kevin Pierce does a masterful job as always relating the thoughts and actions with genuine sounding emotion behind his voice.

Unbelievable series. If you like post-apocalyptic fiction then this series is a must have. Most certainly the best by Boyd Craven III and in my top 5 series of all of this genre.
This last book brings it all together in such a way that you might figure some of it out before the reveals but no way you get all of it. This one is so convoluted that the author had to write the explanation into the story because even the characters involved didn’t get it all. After that it is all brought down to a good ending, well, good for those who made it through.

If you by chance see the omnibus edition this is an absolute must have. Might even be worth it piece meal… it’s just that good.
