From the first book in the series, Stillhouse Lake, to the last word in Darkwater Lane, I have been in love with the story! The cast is believable, the troubles are terrible, & you can't help but love them all! Ms. Rachel Caine knew how to write a story! Thank you, Carrie Ryan, for picking up the gauntlet & finishing the tale. A must read for everyone who knows even bad things happen to good people! Thank you again & again!

I didn’t even realize that Rachel Caine had passed away, but they did a wonderful job with this book and Rachel with this series! It is one of my favorite of all time, condolences to her family. She was a gifted writer.

Such the perfect end to this series… Kept me guessing until the very end. Great narration as always, it was enjoyable to see the characters come full circle. Really really enjoyed the series, can’t recommend it enough!

This was absolutely, positively the best book series I’ve ever read! If you’re on the fence, do it! Star with Steelhouse Lake and you will not be disappointed! I hate that it ended, but it ended literally perfectly! 10/10!
