I would strongly recommend this cookbook to all the beginner dieters who fell a little bit frustrated, considering all the restrictions arising during the very first days on the diet. I'm looking forward to cooking every single recipe from this cookbook, as those I've tried already have been great and easy. I've already altered my diet and will continue to do so according to the plan. You can't have too much experimentation with healthy foods, and this cookbook has offered me a whole bunch of ideas to have fun with.
