Nichelle finally goes too far as she takes a stand to protect a source and an individual at the cost of her job and disgrace. Joey and Kyle both land in the doghouse due to significant omissions, but all come together to foil a terrorist plot to kill the President of the United States. Who was the original victim and just why did a coverup get started. Another great story and continuing good work by Therese Plummmer

As always, Nichelle Clark is in the middle of a delicious scandal. The plot is fast paced and multidimensional. I love this series and wish LynDee Walker would write faster.

I enjoyed this book and never could guess the ending. I could not shut the book off because it was so exciting and it had you on your toes. I can’t wait to listen to the next book from this author. She’s awesome!
