I was as entertained by this book as much as the others in the series. At first, I thought the story jumped from event to event but that added to the feeling that Jurgen Hoffman and his platoon were preparing for battle. I admired Jurgen's ingenuity and ability to think on his feet as he was able to wrestle success in some sticky situations. I liked that the author underlaid the difference between being a German soldier and being a Nazi. I thought Gary Roelofs' narration was fine, but his intonation could have been more varied in the narrative passages. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.
