Connection is the thread that I continually tapped into while listening to Different. The way each character connected to the others. The connections of lifetimes. The connections of human relationships and how they survive and change.

This was such a beautiful story and the ending just blew me away!! I won’t give it away for those who haven’t listened or read yet.

I felt like a voyeur of the characters in this story line. I loved how each character had their own personal challenge in the plot and how the story line all came together like the pieces of a puzzle. The surprising spiritual twist totally captured my imagination. I couldn't wait until the next time I could hear more of the story as the intrigue and suspense made it hard to unplug from listening once my walks were over. I wanted to hear more!

I don't normally write reviews. Usually, I only go as far as a star rating, but this book was too dang good. I also feel like the door was left open for a possible 2nd book, but I'm not sure if that was intended or not. Either way...definitely a must-read.

I struggled finding time to read this book (or any other book). However; once I subscribed to Audible, I zipped through it in a few days! The suspense was great also! It was very well written and narrated. A great read, never a dull moment! I used to babysit an Autistic boy, he will be a senior in high school this fall. I can relate to Sam and his family. I love that Datta's son was the narrator, very special.
