Do you want feel empowered and in a position of control when dealing with the difficult people in your life?

Are there people in your life that you're finding difficult to deal with?

Perhaps a bullying boss or an overbearing colleague at work?

A "friend" who somehow seems to have a way of bringing you down every time you see him?

This book was not even worth the sale price. It tries to be cute with nicknames for difficult personalities while not telling how to deal with them as much as suggesting we deal with it, get antidepressants, or move away from the difficult person.
