In Dimensions, Dr. Jacques Vallee reexamines the historical record that led to the modern UFO phenomenon and to the belief in alien contact. He then tackles the enigma of abduction reports, which come from various times and various countries, as well as the psychic and spiritual components of the contact experience. I recommend this book. Vallee has been involved with the UFO phenomenon since the 1950s. He thinks for himself and has a compelling solution to the mysteries of UFOs.

It was an interesting read and brings up a lot of great points. it's good to remain skeptical about this phenomena, until we can prove otherwise we shouldn't just accept the narrative. Question everything.
