Nothing prepares Tyler Blake for the fast-paced living of New York City. A small-town girl from Georgia, she quickly gets caught up in the glamorous entertainment industry.

While pursuing her dream of becoming an actress, Tyler continually gets sidetracked by men who promise to help her and finds herself going from one dysfunctional relationship to another. Just when Tyler finally believes she has found her ideal man in hip-hop producer Brian McCall, everything begins to go horribly wrong.

Trapped in a nightmarish relationship, Tyler is determined not to go down without a fight.

I've read a lot of this authors book and love them but this one was just ok. now I understand were T-Roc comes from in her b****series. He is really something else and does just about anything to get Tyler like set his own cousin up. Tyler is just a young girl look for attention that her family didn't give her so she found it in the wrong men.

oooook

Story is okay, but I can't get over the voice-overs. They need to have a man to do male voices.

The voice-overs a bit much

This was a good book but Tyler really got on my nerves. This girl just keeps going from bad situation to worse. The narrator is ok but sometimes there are pauses that make you think the sound went out. Overall an ok listen.

Good book

So so annoying. This girl was her own worse enemy. It was kind of hard for me to have compassion for her when she kept doing things that she knew she should not be doing like sleeping around with cousins amongst other things.
And there was something about the way the story was told that seemed very juvenile. It didn't help that the narrator had these long awkward pauses it didn't seem like she was telling a story just seemed like she was reading the story.

It was so so

I loved the reading but felt like it could have been more. Overall the story was ok. I wish I could got more info on Ian and how the baby was doing and his dad. I don’t know it ended abruptly.

It could of been better
